1. Eligibility for Refund

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • The product is damaged or defective upon delivery
  • You received the wrong item
  • The product is unused and returned in its original packaging within 3 days of delivery

Note: Products that have been used, physically damaged after delivery, or altered in any way are not eligible for a refund.


2. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at contact@electronicghor.com within 3 days of receiving the product
  2. Provide your order number, product name, and reason for the refund
  3. Attach clear photos if the item is damaged or incorrect

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions.


3. Return Shipping

  • If the refund is due to a damaged or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost
  • For other valid reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping

4. Refund Timeline

After we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days
  • Refunds will be made via the original payment method (bKash/Nagad/Bank Transfer, etc.)

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for a refund:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Items returned after the 3-day window
  • Products with physical or water damage after delivery
