1. Eligibility for Refund
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- The product is damaged or defective upon delivery
- You received the wrong item
- The product is unused and returned in its original packaging within 3 days of delivery
Note: Products that have been used, physically damaged after delivery, or altered in any way are not eligible for a refund.
2. Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Email us at contact@electronicghor.com within 3 days of receiving the product
- Provide your order number, product name, and reason for the refund
- Attach clear photos if the item is damaged or incorrect
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions.
3. Return Shipping
- If the refund is due to a damaged or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost
- For other valid reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping
4. Refund Timeline
After we receive and inspect the returned item:
- Your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days
- Refunds will be made via the original payment method (bKash/Nagad/Bank Transfer, etc.)
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for a refund:
- Sale or discounted items
- Items returned after the 3-day window
- Products with physical or water damage after delivery
